Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the fire pit in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, lava rocks, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy freight items may require a scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
